About baggage to Italy

Normally, the baggage arrives at the other country the day after departing Japan. But it often takes 1 to 2 weeks to register in the database in Italy. Tracking is not possible during this time. After that, it will take about 10 to 30 days by the Italian customs inspection. Further delivery takes 1 week to 10 days. In some cases it may be sent back to Japan. Currently we are considering stopping shipment to Italy.
